To prepare this tasty and healthy soup, Spinach is first cooked with onion, ginger and garlic(optional) cooked mixture is then pureed, spinach puree mixture is then cooked with milk. Spinach
½ Chopped Onion
4-5 Black Peppercorns
Ginger
1 Tablespoon Butter
Salt as per taste
½ Cup Milk
1½ Cup water
Cream (If Available)


1.    Put a 1 Spoon Butter in a Hot pan
2.    After that put 4/5 Black pepper or Black pepper Powder in the pan
3.    After 2 Min Add Ginger
4.    After 1 Min add Half Chopped Onion
5.    After that when Onion turns light brown or golden brown add salt as per taste
6.    Now Add Spinach
7.    Mix it Well
8.    Now add 1½ Cup Water
9.    Mix it well
10.  Now leave it for 2-3 Min
11.  Leave it for cool down
12.  After it gets cool, put it out of water.. and keep the remaining water for further use as it contains lots of vitamins
13.  Blend it well
14.  Now again put in hot pan, add the remaining water which we saved earlier
15.  Mix it well
16.  You can sense the goodness through color.
17.  Now add ½ cup milk
18.  Leave it for few minutes
19.  Now Spinach soup is ready to serve.
20.  Add some cream for garnishing
21.  Serve it Hot.
