Step by Step Procedure To Prepare Soy Milk at Home

Step 1  - Soak soybeans in 2-3 cups of water for 08 to 10 hours
Step 2 - Before that discard water and rinse soybeans.
Step 3 - Remove skins as best you can (Optional)
Step 4- Blend until smooth.
Step 5- For 150gm soybeans add little more than 1Litre Water
Step 6- Now Strain the mixture using Cotton cloth.
Step 7- As twisting the top tightly enables you to continue squeezing out more
milk.
Step 8- Heat the strained milk in a heavy-bottom pan with Low Flame
Step 9-  Hold this temperature of 100ºC for 20 minutes
Step 10- Stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
Step 11- Cool the milk and store or enjoy easy Homemade Soymilk
Note | Refrigerate up to 4 days.

Milk allergy: Children who are very allergic to cow’s milk might also be sensitive to soy products. Use soy products with caution.

Urinary bladder cancer: Soy products might increase the chance of getting bladder cancer. Avoid soy foods if you have bladder cancer or a high risk of getting it (family history of bladder cancer).

Asthma: People with asthma are more likely to be allergic to soy hulls. Avoid using soy products.

Diabetes: Soy might increase the risk of blood sugar levels becoming too low in people with diabetes who are taking medication to control blood sugar.
