with the sun. Ayurveda says the best time to sleep is between 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM. Because not only sleeping enough but sleeping in rhythm with the sun is very important.

timing of the exercise is also vital in the fight against weight loss.
As per the Ayurveda the ideal time to exercise is between 06:00AM to 10:00AM. Because this is the time when water and earth elements are high in the nature.

largest meal at noon
because this the time of the day, when your digestive fire, is on high.

you dinner should be light and should be taken 2 to 3 hours prior to
when you go to sleep. So, if you need to sleep at 10:00 pm then ideally you should eat your dinner by 7:00PM and latest by 8:00PM. This habit will give your body time to rejuvenate and detoxify itself and not just be busy in digesting food.
Hot
water is like a magic potion in Ayurveda. Due to various reason like
pollution, poor food choices, pesticides, stress, anger, anxiety lead to
accumulation of toxins known as ama, in our body.

in nature, Ama can be dissolved with hot water. And you must remember
one more thing that amount of this hot or Luke warm water is not
important but the frequency is.
Try to have sips of hot water or Luke warm water in every half an hour. Ginger or green tea can also be added in this hot water.
The
stress hormone in our body can reduce your ability to lose weight and
specifically the belly fat. So Meditation is also a powerful way to
bring calmness in our body.
Try
to practice meditation every day in the morning. If can't do much in
this area, just sit silently and try to focus on breathing. And the
